University Of Northward Georgia

The Georgia State Board of Regents approved University of North Georgia as the novel lift for 2 institutions previously known every minute Gainesville State College together with North Georgia College together with State University. 

Gainesville State College was initially founded inwards 1966 every minute Gainesville Junior College.  The lift was changed to Gainesville College inwards 1987 together with Gainesville State College inwards 2005.

North Georgia College together with State University was founded inwards Dahlonega, GA inwards 1873 every minute North Georgia Agricultural College.  The lift changed to North Georgia College inwards 1929.  University condition was gained inwards 1996.
